USE
This machine is suitable for riveting for snap buttons in clothing, footwear, industrial products, leather goods, stationery and other industries. Punching and riveting are completed at one time.

2.Compared to similar machines in market,our machines work in electric mode, not in pneumatic mode.It mainly adopt servo motor acceleration and deceleration device for riveting work,which equivalent to 4.5kW force,air compressor provides air pressure,only auxiliary blowing and feeding snap buttons.
3.Vibration plate is universal,adjustable channels,universal for market moulds.
4.Straight line punching function, fast and stable.
5.Punching,shifting,feeding and riveting can be completed automatically at one time.
6.Vibration plate can feed Upper and bottom snap buttons
automatically,it is more stably to feed upper and bottom snap buttons by blowing function.
7.Infrared positioning is used to make the riveting position more accurate.
8.Single riveting mode and continuous riveting mode are available:
a.Single riveting mode: ride on pedal for one time, rivet one snap button.
b.Continuous riveting mode: the speed is adjustable, which greatly improves the production efficiency and it is suitable for skilled operators.
9.The riveted button is neat, firm, beautiful and not deformed.

用途：

该机主要用于服装，手袋，皮具，皮带，鞋类，工艺品等等四合扣铆合工作，可对布料，真皮，PVC，PU等材料进行冲孔钉四合扣一次性完成。

该机采用气动，电动相结合的方式工作，性能如下：

1.采用PLC与触摸屏控制，检测故障自动显示，维护方便，操作简单易学；

2.结构简单，耐用，节约省电，降低维护成本；

3.提供单打和连打多种模式；单打模式（踩一下脚踏板只打铆钉一次），连打模式（速度可调，使用操作熟练，提高生产效率）；

4.上下扣料斗使用振动盘式，流扣方便，流道调节简单；

5.上下扣增加吹气功能，扣子自动送入，稳定性更高；

6.送扣铆合每分钟可达50-60次；

7.采用激光定位，使铆合位置可靠；

8.铆合后四合扣细致，美观，工整，牢固，不变形。
